From the delivery company we use to delivery charges and packing materials… here is everything you need to know about your delivery.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to despatch non-personalised items within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment.
Personalised prints and other items that are made to order can take 14-21 days to produce, so please drop us an email if you need the items sooner and we’ll try and speed things up for you.
Which delivery company do you use?
Depending on parcel weight, delivery will be made by Royal Mail or with an equivalent courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify delivery by a specific courier.
Overseas orders are sent with an appropriate international courier on a priority service as standard.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Standard delivery within mainland UK usually takes 2-4 working days from despatch. At busy periods (Christmas/ Easter etc) delivery times may be subject to delays; which are unfortunately outside of our control.
International delivery timings can vary from country to country.
Please get in contact and we’ll let you know how long the expected delivery time is for your location.
If your parcel is showing as ‘signed for’ but you have not yet received it, we would ask you to do the following:
1. Check with your neighbours to see if the package was signed for and accepted on your behalf.
2. Contact your local post office or the relevant delivery service.
3. Get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Please report your missing item within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party, we are unable to take responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered.
If an international shipment has been marked as delivered, unfortunately, we can no longer be held responsible for that item.
We offer free standard postage on all orders delivered throughout the mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Charges to overseas destinations — including the UK highlands and islands — are as follows:

The prices shown are a combination of postage and packing costs.
We take great care in packaging our products, using MDF boards to pack unframed prints and papercuts and high-quality rigid boxes, with bubble wrap and air packing, for frames. We try our best to get your item to you, in the same condition as when it left us.
As we rely on postal firms and shipping companies to deliver our products, we’re constantly on the look out for the best (not always the cheapest!) services.
We’ll always try to provide the best delivery options to as many different countries and territories as possible.
