1. Place your order
Decide which wedding stationery or baby stationery design you'd like, plus the items that you require (wedding invitations, Christening invitations, reply cards, menu's etc) then you can either:
a) download a PDF order form. Choose from either Wedding or Baby, print it out and fill it in by hand, then post it back to us at

or download an MS Word order form — again you can choose either Wedding or Baby. Then simply fill it in on your computer and email it back to us at sales@mooksdesign.co.uk
Alternatively, contact us and we can send you one in the post or by email.
Payment must clear in full before any items are sent to print.
Mooks cannot accept payment over the phone, but we can accept credit cards payments via Paypal! You do not need a Paypal account to use this service but, please be aware, for all customers wishing to pay using this method, there will be a 4% surcharge added to your final invoice total.

Alternatively monies can still be paid directly into the bank, via bank transfer - please contact us for details - or by cheque, for no extra cost. Please make cheques payable to Mooks Design Limited.
2. The finer details
Send us the wording for your invitations, order of service, menu's etc, ideally by email or on a MS Word document. If you are not sure how to word your invitations, firstly go and have a look at our wording examples for some inspiration... if you're still unsure, let us know all the details and we can arrange that for you!
Also at this stage, if you are ordering from the Portrait range please send us the image that you would like to use. Either email us a high-res jpeg (300dpi please!) or you can send a hard-copy through the post. The original will be returned to you when your stationery order is despatched. Please ensure that either format is clearly labelled with your name and address.
3. Proofing
We will then produce your stationery and you'll receive an electronic proof for checking*
We recommend that you take your time when checking your final proofs. Be thorough — don’t rush! Then email over your approval and we'll organise the rest!
*If you'd prefer a paper proof instead, let us know and this can be arranged. Please note that the first three proof amendments per item are free, if subsequent changes are made then any additional proofs are charged at £5.00 each.
As soon as we receive your approval for print, plus your payment has cleared, your stationery order will be printed and despatched to you by secure delivery.
